Guide
Do you need a Saudi company to sell in Saudi Arabia?
Short answer: no. Many brands assume they must register a company before selling a single piece in Saudi. There is a lighter way.
The usual route
Opening your own presence means a Saudi company, a commercial registration, VAT registration, a local bank account and payment gateways, then a warehouse and courier contracts on top. It is slow and it ties up money before you know the market wants your product.
The lighter route: sell under our Saudi company
BrandBridge runs on a Saudi establishment registered in Jeddah (CR 7049828002, VAT 312964337800003). Your products are sold under it, so:
- No Saudi company, licence or bank account on your side.
- VAT is handled for you. We invoice customers and pay the 15% to the Saudi authority. You never file anything in Saudi. Price your products with VAT included.
- Payments are already live: cards, mada, Apple Pay, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery.
- Your stock stays your property until it sells, and it is guaranteed at cost if it is lost or damaged with us.
What you keep doing
Your brand, your store, your customers and your marketing stay yours. If you later want your own Saudi entity, you can leave with 30 days' notice, with every riyal settled.
