Q 01Do I need a Saudi company, licence or bank account?

No. Nothing. We are the licensed Saudi seller: our company, our VAT registration, our bank, our payment gateways. You sign one contract in Egypt and send stock.

Q 02Which countries do you cover?

All of Saudi, cash on delivery and card, delivered door to door in 2–7 working days. And the whole Gulf: UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman, card payment, delivered by courier.

Q 03Can customers pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on delivery is most of the Saudi market and we collect it for you. Gulf countries outside Saudi are card payment only, which protects you from expensive cross-border failed deliveries.

Q 04When and how do I get paid?

Monthly, within 7 days of month-end, to your Egyptian bank account, with an itemised statement: every order, every fee, line by line. You have 7 days to review each statement. Transfer and exchange fees are on us. The statement number is what lands.

Q 05Is my stock safe?

Guaranteed, in writing, from the moment we take it from you in Egypt: transit, customs, warehouse. Loss or damage, we compensate you at its cost price. It stays your property until the moment it sells. Every shipment is counted piece by piece at check-in and differences are reported to you immediately.

Q 06What if my stock does not sell? How long is the commitment?

There is no commitment. Month to month from day one. You control price and promotions on your store. If you want out: 30 days' notice, any time. We settle every riyal and ship your remaining stock back to Egypt, with the return freight at your cost, quoted upfront. You risked a test batch, not your brand.

Q 07Who handles VAT and taxes in Saudi?

Fully us. We invoice customers with VAT and remit the 15% to the Saudi government. You never file anything in Saudi. Your revenue arrives in Egypt as a normal business payment; your accountant treats it like any export income.

Q 08Who sets my Saudi prices?

You. It is your store and your margin. We share what the market pays for similar pieces so you price with confidence. Price VAT-inclusive; we help you set it.
